The Elms of Charleston Homeowners Association Annual Members Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at the Elms Clubhouse. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and we encourage all to attend. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to participate in the governance of your community, to ask questions and provide feedback.
The business of the meeting will consist of election of directors. Three members have declared their candidacy. In order to conduct business at the Annual Meeting, the presence of members, either in person or by proxy, entitled to cast at least thirty percent (30%) of the total Association vote shall constitute a quorum. Please complete the proxy that was mailed to you and return it to Community Management Group.
