The renovation of the pool is well underway. The estimated completion of this project is March 30th 2011. The Board approved yesterday to have the clubhouse entry way repaired. The repairs will consist of removing the red tiled concrete and re-pour the concrete with a new fresh color along with re-pouring the concrete ramp level with the tile. Charleston Decks will be completing this work. The Board also approved this company to repair the columns on the clubhouse entry way as well as an area of the roof right above the columns.
I am excited to announce the Board has hired a landscape architect, Byers Design Group, to design a plan for the front entrance of the community. This project will begin this week and take about 6-8 weeks to complete.
The Board is also in the process of seeking bids for a heavy pine straw application in March 2011.
